Extreme UV (EUV) is a young, growing Business that develops Light sources in the extreme ultraviolet spectrum range. These light sources are required in the near future for Semiconductor Lithography. Next to our R&D activities involving multidisciplinary technology (including Plasma physics, High Power Electronics, Metrology, Automation, Thermal Management, Mechanics, Optics, Vacuum a.o.) we have a growing Assembly, Test and Service organization.
